This year you have your choice of 30 scenic Tasting rooms throughout Maine, each one with their own unique spin on wine, cider, mead, and spirits for your enjoyment.
The 2024 Maine Wine Trail Challenge has badges and prizes along the way for you, just for exploring Maine's wineries. To receive your prizes, we will need to reach out to you to get your SHIPPING ADDRESS. If you've reached Badge#6, we will also need to know what STYLE t-shirt (men's or women's) and what SIZE you would like.
We reach out to our prize winners about 2x a month - or you can also email US at info@mainewinetrail.com with that information, and we'll get you connected with your goodies!

Since 2007 we have been making lively wines and ciders in a low-intervention style from both our own fruit, and fruit that we source from other growers in the Northeast. Our own vineyards and orchards are managed organically. In the summer months our barn opens as a popular gathering spot for adventurous wine drinkers from near and far.

ABOUT Who We Are Prospect Hill Winery & Vineyard is a family run business growing 6 varieties of white grapes and 8 varieties of red. Dedicated to producing quality wines made exclusively from our own grapes, we began with 2 vines in 2000, planting more grapes in 2002-2005 and became commercially established in 2005. We opened for our first tasting and tours in August of 2009.

At Run Amok Mead we have nicknamed the tasting room “FairWeather” – as she is an 1858 barn, and really only hospitable when the weather is fair.
