      A 7th century legend, produced a 19th century marvel. St. Hubert first opened its doors in 1862 as one of the first wineries in Victoria's Yarra Valley. The has winery won several awards like the the Emperor of Germany's Grand Prize in 1881 at the Melbourne International Exhibition and the Grand Prix in 1889 at the Paris Exposition.
