  We did a Garden District walking tour and we found this very informative and interesting. Nice area to walk around and look at architecture.

• Carousel Bar in New Orleans, United States

  The Carousel Bar is cool but there is very limited seating. So be prepared to sit in the lounge area instead or wait a bit for a spot to open up. The food is fantastic so try to go when they are serving food.

  Love this bar! Their hurricanes are a great go to but they also have a full bar. It's a good place to go hang out before the Preservation Hall.

  The best beignets! We went here 3 times during our first NOLA visit. They are amazing!

  We went here for their Sunday Jazz Brunch. My boyfriend said it was the best shrimp and grits he has had so far. Definitely recommend!

  This place is so great we came her twice during our first visit to NOLA. Prepare for a great dining experience that is very reasonably priced considering the food and service you get!

  We did the self guided tour and we would do it again. Make sure you take time in the back courtyard area, it's a good spot for pictures.

  Excellent place to experience authentic New Orleans jazz. Tickets open up a month at a time. Buy tickets early to ensure you have a seat.
