As someone who lived in Tokyo for five years, Shimo was always my favorite place to take visitors- it's less packed than popular tourist spots and also offers access to delicious Japanese food and some of the most instagrammable cafes in Tokyo city. The vibe in Shimo is friendly and eclectic, adorned with second-hand stores and any type of food you can imagine.
