Adding a Q&A to Your Experience

This article covers how to add a Q&A activity to an experience, including setting the question, accepted answers, and point value.

Q&A activities let participants earn check-ins by answering a question correctly. Use them to engage visitors, test local knowledge, or prompt discovery. Each correct answer counts as a completed activity toward a participant’s passport progress.

How to Add a Q&A to Your Experience

  1. Log in at Seeker
  2. From the left navigation, expand ‘Experiences’ and click ‘Manage’.
  3. Locate the experience you want to update. Click the ‘⋮’ menu next to it.
  4. Click ‘Edit’ to open the Experience Builder.
  5. Click ‘Add Activity’.
  6. Select ‘Q&A’ from the activity type options.
  7. Enter your question in the ‘Question’ field.
  8. Enter the accepted answer or answers in the ‘Answer’ field.
  9. Set the point value for a correct answer.
  10. Click ‘Save’ to add the activity to your experience.

FAQs

Yes. You can enter multiple accepted answers so that common variations of the correct response all count toward completion.

No. Answers are matched regardless of capitalization, so participants don’t need to worry about exact letter case.

Yes. Open the Experience Builder, find the Q&A activity, and click the edit icon to update the question, answers, or point value at any time.
