Accessing Your Seeker Dashboard

This article explains how to access your Seeker dashboard and switch between linked accounts.
Your Seeker dashboard is where you manage all your products, including Seeker XP experiences and Seeker Events Network calendars. You’ll switch to your brand account from the account menu before reaching your dashboard. You can access your dashboard at any time by logging in at seeker.io.
How to Access Your Seeker Dashboard
- Log in at Seeker
- Click ‘Customer Login’
- Click ‘Sign in’
- Log in with your email, or click ‘Continue with Google’ if your email is connected to a Google Workspace
- If using email, enter your email address and click ‘Continue’
- Enter your password and click ‘Sign in’
- Click the account menu to access your profile settings and your brand account
- Click your brand account to switch to that profile
- Click the account menu again, then select ‘Dashboard’ to access your admin tools
- You’ll land on your admin dashboard, ready to manage your account.

Contact your organization’s Seeker account owner to request an invite. They can add you from within the dashboard settings.
Click ‘Forgot password’ on the login screen and enter your email address. You’ll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
