Customizing the Logo on an Experience

This article covers how to upload and update the logo that appears on your participant-facing experience page.

Your logo appears at the top of the participant-facing experience page and helps reinforce your brand throughout the experience. You can upload or replace it at any time from the Experience Builder.

How to Customize the Logo on an Experience

  1. Log in at Seeker
  2. From the left navigation, expand ‘Experiences’ and click ‘Manage’.
  3. Locate the experience you want to update. Click the ‘⋮’ menu next to it.
  4. Click ‘Edit’ to open the Experience Builder.
  5. Navigate to the ‘Branding’ section of the builder.
  6. Click ‘Upload’ next to the logo field.
  7. Select your logo file. For best results, use a PNG with a transparent background.
  8. Click ‘Save’ to apply the logo.

Yes. Return to the Branding section of the Experience Builder, upload a new file, and save. The updated logo appears on the experience immediately.
