Adding a Touch Icon to Your Experience

This article covers how to add a touch icon to your experience, which appears when participants save the experience to their mobile home screen.
A touch icon is the image that appears when a participant saves your experience to their mobile device’s home screen. Adding one gives your experience a polished, app-like appearance and helps participants find it quickly.
How to Add a Touch Icon to Your Experience
- Log in at Seeker
- From the left navigation, expand ‘Experiences’ and click ‘Manage’.
- Locate the experience you want to update. Click the ‘⋮’ menu next to it.
- Click ‘Edit’ to open the Experience Builder.
- Navigate to the ‘Branding’ section of the builder.
- Click ‘Upload’ next to the touch icon field.
- Select your image file. For best results, use a square image at least 192×192 pixels.
- Click ‘Save’ to apply the touch icon.

A square image works best. The recommended minimum size is 192×192 pixels. PNG format with a transparent background is ideal.
The touch icon appears when a participant uses their browser’s ‘Add to Home Screen’ option on a mobile device. It does not appear within the experience itself.
Yes. Return to the Branding section of the Experience Builder, upload a new image, and save. The updated icon will apply going forward.
