This article covers how to edit an existing milestone reward on an experience, including updating the reward name, image, check-in threshold, and settings.
Milestone rewards in Seeker XP can be updated at any time. Whether you need to adjust the check-in threshold, update the reward image, or rename it, changes take effect immediately for the experience.
How to Edit a Milestone Reward
- Log in at Seeker
- From the left navigation, expand ‘Experiences’ and click ‘Manage’.
- Locate the experience containing the milestone reward you want to update. Click the ‘⋮’ menu next to it.
- Click ‘Edit’ to open the Experience Builder.
- Click ‘Incentives’ to expand the incentives panel.
- Find the milestone reward you want to update and click the edit icon (pencil) next to it.
- Update the reward name, image, or check-in threshold as needed.
- Click ‘Save’ to apply the updates.

No. Participants who have already earned the reward keep it. Updates only affect future earners and how the reward appears going forward.
Yes. Threshold changes take effect for future check-ins. Participants who have already met the previous threshold keep their reward.
Yes. Renaming a milestone reward does not affect participant records. Anyone who has already earned it keeps their achievement under the updated name.
