Editing a Badge

This article covers how to edit an existing badge on an experience, including updating the badge name, image, and settings.
Badges in Seeker XP can be updated at any time. Whether you need to swap out the badge image, rename it, or adjust its settings, changes take effect immediately for the experience.
How to Edit a Badge
- Log in at Seeker
- From the left navigation, expand ‘Experiences’ and click ‘Manage’.
- Locate the experience containing the badge you want to update. Click the ‘⋮’ menu next to it.
- Click ‘Edit’ to open the Experience Builder.
- In the Experience Builder, click ‘Incentives’ to expand the incentives panel.
- Find the badge you want to update and click the edit icon (pencil) next to it.
- Make your changes to the badge name, image, or settings.
- Click ‘Save’ to apply the updates.

Yes. Open the Experience Builder, expand ‘Incentives’, and click the edit icon on the badge. Upload a new image and click ‘Save’.
Yes. Badge updates apply to all existing and future earners. The updated image appears on their earned badge immediately.
Yes. Renaming a badge does not affect participant records. Anyone who has already earned it keeps their achievement.
