Adding a Milestone Reward to an Experience

This article explains how to add a milestone reward to an experience in Seeker XP.

A milestone reward is a tangible incentive participants receive when they earn enough points to complete your experience. This could be a discount code, a free item, or any reward you define. Adding a milestone reward gives participants a concrete reason to complete the program.

How to Add a Milestone Reward

  1. Log in at Seeker
  2. Click ‘Experiences’ in the left sidebar
  3. Click ‘Manage’ from the submenu
  4. Find your experience and click the ‘⋮’ options icon
  5. Click ‘Edit’
  6. Click ‘Incentives’ to expand the incentives section
  7. Click ‘Add Milestone Reward’
  8. Enter the reward name, description, and points threshold required to unlock it
  9. Click ‘Save’

Yes. You can add multiple milestone rewards at different points thresholds, creating a progression of incentives as participants complete more activities.

Seeker notifies the participant that they’ve earned a reward. You then fulfill the reward directly, whether that’s sending a discount code, a physical item, or another incentive you’ve defined.
