Adding a Badge to an Experience

This article explains how to add a badge incentive to an experience in Seeker XP.

Badges are digital achievements that participants earn when they reach a points threshold in your experience. Adding a badge gives participants a visible goal to work toward and creates a sense of accomplishment when they complete your program.

How to Add a Badge to an Experience

  1. Log in at Seeker
  2. Click ‘Experiences’ in the left sidebar
  3. Click ‘Manage’ from the submenu
  4. Find the experience and click the ‘⋮’ options icon
  5. Click ‘Edit’
  6. Click ‘Incentives’ to expand the incentives section
  7. Click the pencil icon next to the badge you want to configure
  8. Enter a name for the badge, upload your badge image, and set the points threshold
  9. Click ‘Save’

Seeker XP accepts standard image formats including PNG, JPG, and SVG. For best results, use a square image with a transparent background. Your badge will display at a small size on participant devices, so keep the design simple and bold.

Yes. You can add multiple badges to a single experience, each with a different points threshold. This lets you create a progression of achievements for participants to unlock as they complete more activities.
