This article explains how to report incorrect or outdated information on an event in your Discover Feed.

If an event in your Discover Feed contains incorrect, outdated, or missing information, you can report the issue directly to Seeker’s curation team. Reports help improve data quality across the platform.

How to Report an Issue With an Event

  1. Log in at Seeker
  2. Click ‘Events’ in the left sidebar
  3. Click ‘Discover’ from the submenu
  4. Find the event with the issue and click the ‘⋯’ menu
  5. Click ‘Report Issue’
  6. Describe the issue and click ‘Submit’

Reports are reviewed by Seeker’s curation team. Resolution time varies depending on the issue and the source, but most data issues are addressed within a few business days.
