Tips from the community
Bearpaw High Sierra Camp is one of the best campgrounds in Sequoia Nation Park, sitting about 11 miles into the park's backcountry. While the main sierra camp tent cabins are closed for the season there are still plenty of backcountry wilderness camp spots throughout the forest. From the original High Sierra Camp spot there are impressive views of the granite walls in the park.
