Creating a Custom Event Property
Seeker Events Network | All Plans
This article explains how to create a custom event property so you can capture additional information on your events.
Custom event properties let you add your own fields to your events, so you can capture information that is specific to your organization. For example, you might add a long text property called ‘Editorial Content’ to hold a staff write-up for each event. You can create a new property in a few clicks from the ‘Properties’ page in your dashboard settings.

FAQs
Click ‘Settings’ in the left sidebar, then click ‘Properties’ from the submenu. The ‘Properties’ page is also where you add new properties.
Choose a label that clearly describes the information the property holds, such as ‘Neighborhood’ or ‘Editorial Content’. A clear, specific label makes the property easy to recognize when you’re working with your events.
