This article covers how to open and view a participant's profile in Seeker XP, including their activity, points, and earned incentives.
A participant’s profile brings together everything about their engagement in an experience: their contact details, completed activities, points earned, and the badges and rewards they have collected. Opening a profile gives you a complete picture of one participant’s journey.
How to View a Participant Profile
- Log in at Seeker
- From the left navigation, expand ‘Experiences’ and click ‘Manage’.
- Locate the experience and click the ‘⋮’ menu next to it.
- Click ‘Participants’ to open the participant list.
- Find the participant by name or email.
- Click on the participant’s entry to open their profile.
- Review their details, activity history, points, badges, and rewards.

The profile shows the participant’s details, completed activities, total points, and the badges and rewards they have earned within that experience.
Use the search field in the participant list to find someone by name or email, then click their entry to open the profile.
Each profile reflects the participant’s activity within the selected experience. Open their profile in each experience to see their engagement there.
