Viewing Badges and Rewards

This article covers how to view the badges and rewards a participant has earned in an experience.
You can view the badges and rewards a participant has earned directly from their profile in your Seeker dashboard. This gives you a clear record of their achievements and redemption status within an experience.
How to View a Participant's Badges and Rewards
- Log in at Seeker
- From the left navigation, expand ‘Experiences’ and click ‘Manage’.
- Locate the experience and click the ‘⋮’ menu next to it.
- Click ‘Participants’ to open the participant list.
- Find the participant by name or email and click on their entry to open their profile.
- View the ‘Badges’ and ‘Rewards’ sections to see what the participant has earned, along with their redemption status.
FAQs
The profile shows every badge the participant has earned in the experience, along with the date each one was awarded.
Yes. The Rewards section shows whether a milestone reward has been earned and whether it has been redeemed.
The badges and rewards shown are specific to the experience you selected. Open a participant’s profile within each experience to view their achievements there.
