Manually Completing Activities

This article covers how to manually mark an activity as complete for a participant in Seeker XP.

If a participant completes an activity but their check-in wasn’t recorded, you can mark it as complete on their behalf from the dashboard. This is useful when a completion happened in person or when a technical issue prevented the check-in from registering.

How to Manually Complete an Activity for a Participant

  1. Log in at Seeker
  2. From the left navigation, expand ‘Experiences’ and click ‘Manage’.
  3. Locate the experience and click the ‘⋮’ menu next to it.
  4. Click ‘Participants’ to open the participant list.
  5. Find the participant by name or email and click on their entry to open their profile.
  6. Locate the activity you want to mark as complete.
  7. Click ‘Mark as Complete’ next to the activity.
  8. Confirm the action when prompted.

Yes. Manually completing an activity awards the associated points to the participant’s total, just as if they had completed it themselves.

No. Once an activity is marked as complete it cannot be undone from the dashboard. Contact Seeker support if a correction is needed.

No. You can manually complete activities one at a time per participant.
