Tips from the community
Yes, this is a cemetery located in a very elegant neighborhood called Recoleta. It is one of the top attractions since it is where you will be able to find graves of well known people such as Eva Duarte de Peron, Luis Federico Leloir, Jose Hernandez, etc. Some of them are politicians, writers, doctors and artists.
You will even hear some spooky stories about a spirit that appears once in a while during the night.
Grab your coffee and get ready to stroll around this particular place.
You will be able to visit on your own or take a tour with a local guide. There are also free guided tours in English at 11am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Places to visit in Buenos Aires, ARG
byromalaga (Ro Malaga) This a bucket list of places you should include in your visit to Buenos Aires city. Mainly if its your first time there. Let yourself surprise with the beauty and history this city carries with. Before building your checklist I wanna make sure you understand the difference in between Buenos Aires as the city and Buenos Aires as the province. So this list is about the city itself. Let's explore!
