Managing and Downloading UGC Photos

This article explains how to view, filter, download, and delete the user-generated photos that participants contribute to your experiences.

As participants take part in your experiences, they can contribute photos that appear in your UGC library. From there you can browse the photos, filter them by experience, view details about each one, download the originals, and delete photos you no longer want.

How to Manage and Download UGC Photos

  1. Log in at Seeker
  2. From the left navigation, expand ‘Experiences’.
  3. Click ‘UGC’ to view and manage participant-contributed photos.
  4. Switch between list and grid view using the view icons.
  5. To filter the photos, click the ‘Experiences’ dropdown and select a specific experience.
  6. For any photo, click the menu icon to see more options, then click ‘Details’ to view which experience and location it was captured in and who contributed it.
  7. Click ‘Download’ to save the original photo.
  8. To remove photos, use the checkboxes to select one or more, then click ‘Options’ and choose to delete them in bulk. You can also delete or download an individual photo from its menu icon.

FAQs

The UGC library shows the photos participants have contributed across your experiences. You can filter the view to a specific experience using the Experiences dropdown.

Open a photo’s Details to see the experience and location where it was captured, along with the participant who contributed it.

Yes. Select multiple photos using the checkboxes, then click ‘Options’ to download or delete them in bulk. You can also act on a single photo from its menu icon.
