Unpublishing an Event

This article explains how to remove an event from your public calendar without deleting it.

Unpublishing an event removes it from your public calendar immediately. The event remains in your Manage Events list as unpublished and can be republished at any time.

How to Unpublish an Event

  1. Log in at Seeker
  2. Click ‘Events’ in the left sidebar
  3. Click ‘Manage’ from the submenu
  4. Find the event and click the ‘⋯’ menu
  5. Click ‘Unpublish’
  6. The event is removed from your public calendar immediately and saved as unpublished in your Manage Events list

Yes. Find the event in your Manage Events list, click the ‘⋯’ menu, and click ‘Publish’. It will go live on your calendar immediately.

Unpublishing removes the event from your public calendar but keeps it in your Manage Events list so you can republish it. Deleting removes the event entirely and it cannot be recovered.
