Danielle Call's Lists

  • Great Date Night Spots in NYC

These are some of our favorite places to go for a cozy date night out in NYC. The city can definitely get loud and feel overwhelming sometimes, but these places allow you to get out and have a relaxing date night without being too crowded.
  • Cheap Eats Hell's Kitchen

We all know that NYC can be expensive, but it certainly doesn't have to be! There are so many great restaurants in the city that are one of a kind and that won't break the bank! Here are some fo the best cheap eats in the Hell's Kitchen area to help keep your budget happy!
  • Things to do in NYC with Kids

  • My Napa Valley Wine Tour

I recently visited Napa Valley and got so many recommendations from friends about which wineries to visit! Here I share some of my favorite Napa wineries both in the valley and in downtown Napa. I definitely recommend looking into the Priority Wine Pass. There are so many wineries that have deals and discounts through the pass that it would be silly not to invest in it.
  • Great Virginia Wineries

With over 200 wineries, Virginia is one of the top 5 wine producing states in the US. Most people only think of California for US wine, but Virginia climate and soil make for delicious wines and beautiful vineyards amid the Blue Ridge Mountains. 200 wineries are a lot to choose from, but here are some that are on my list from Williamsburg Winery to Valhalla Vineyards in Roanoke, these offer delicious wines with stunning views in historic settings.
  • Finger Lakes Winery Tour

New York has destinations for so many different types of travelers. If you're looking for something a little different than the hustle and bustle of New York City, how about a weekend trip to the Finger Lakes. The Finger Lakes region is the largest wine producing area in New York and consistently a top wine destination in the US.
  • Dog Friendly East Coast US

More and more people have been traveling with pets lately, and the number of pet adoptions this year has skyrocketed! If you're anything like me you want to bring your furry family member everywhere with you! This is a list of some of the dog friendly places that @finn.call_adventuredog has accompanied me to. As a general rule, even if a place states they are pet friendly, it is always nice to double check with someone when you first go in.
  • London Eats

One of my favorite things to do while traveling is finding great local spots to eat, and this visit to London is no different.
  • 10 Spots for Afternoon Tea in London

No trip to London would be complete without a proper afternoon tea experience. The problem is choosing just one or two of these to explore. Each offers a unique experience and a range of tea and pastries.
  • London

On a quick trip to London there are some definite must see sights!
  • 10 London cafes to get work done

For those trips where you still need to get some work done a cafe with good wifi is a must. These are a few cafes I plan to check out.
  • Hometown Holiday; Colonie, NY

Festive spots and cozy cafe's to experience the holiday's in New York's Capital District.
  • Dublin Breakfast and Brunch

The old Irish adage; "eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a prince, and dine like a pauper". These breakfast and brunch spots around Dublin provide a hearty full Irish breakfast, or lighter fare if you prefer.
  • Don't Miss Dublin Pubs

Some of the most unique, traditional, and historic pubs in Ireland's capital.
  • Race-cation Destinations

In addition to traveling, I also really enjoy running. I've completed numerous 5k's 8k's 10k's, trail races, and a half marathon. 2022 will be my first marathon starting with the iconic NYC Marathon. With races in so many beautiful places I should definitely start training!
