A newer addition to the St. Cloud dining scene, Brick and Bourbon is “an elevated eatery and craft libation venue that believes in using the freshest domestic and imported ingredients.” Serving up dishes like candied bacon flights, chicken and waffle sliders, and wild mushroom mac and cheese, you are going to have a hard time resisting digging in long enough to grab a picture! Plus, for those of age, be sure to order a craft cocktail., such as the Double Entendre Martini that is served with a cotton candy garnish, or the Smoking Gun Negroni or Maple Old Fashioned, which is smoked before your eyes for magical, tasty fun.
