Forthcoming holiday with tui

We have booked and paid fully for our holiday to Tenerife 17th April wot do we do now wait for tui to get in touch we would like a refund ?

  • Hi Erana, I found this page about coronavirus and travel on TUI's website: "You should first ask your airline or travel provider to postpone your trip or arrange a refund. Only after that should you contact your travel insurer for unrecovered costs. We may consider your claim, subject to all terms and conditions."
