Tips from the community
Just a 3 hour drive from Midland, this spot was unreal. Right when you enter the park you can stop to check out the Texas Longhorn pasture. You also can drive the entire length up and down the canyon to see the amazing views along the way. If you’re feeling adventurous you can stop at various trailheads along the way and hike. Make sure to buy your tickets on the state park website beforehand as their day passes can sell out.
