The Old Absinthe House has been serving the iconic spirit since 1874, so you can be sure that they do it well. During prohibition they continued serving booze under-the-table in a speakeasy manner. Today, you can still find the old speakeasy next door in Belle Epoque. It’s much less secretive but still has the vibe of an undercover, lesser known establishment. Try their Absinthe frappe or take it as a shot.
