We have a passion for food and have been in the food industry for 25 years! It is a great feeling to finally be able to bring things that we have enjoyed for years to others. LOCALLY OWNED. We use whole muscle meats that we roast and braise in-house every day. No processed meats full of salt and nitrates. Along with locally sourced produce and baked breads, we give you the freshest product possible.
