Some facts for you; it has more than 8,000 rooms, was home to 24 emperors, it is a World Cultural Heritage Site and listed in the 5 most important places on the planet. You’ll be overwhelmed by how big the Forbidden City is and it will take at least 3 hours to get around. The ticket costs 60 Yuan ($8.5).
