Red Rock Brewery (with locations downtown, Fashion Place, Park City plus SLC production facility and store) became a staple of the brewpub scene in SLC when it opened in 1994. While plenty of draft beers have been served over the years, Red Rock has also expanded in the last several years with unique high point beers including the Golden Halo Blonde Ale and Red Rock Rêve Belgium Style Trippel.
