Philippines Central Visayas Chocolate Hills
Chocolate Hills
A geological formation consisting of at least 1,260 mounds spread over 50 square kilometers, with grass-covered limestone resembling giant molehills.
Tips from the community
Green in the rainy season and brown in the summer months, the chocolate hills look like small chocolate mounds from afar. It's a popular tourist destination. You can take the easy road and climb up the view deck to admire the sight, ride through the hills with an atv, or for the more adventurous hike up the hills.
