THE DRAGON’S WINK: The Dragon's Wink is an inventive spin on a margarita, utilizing the lightly sweet and tart flavor of dragonfruit, paired with the tang of wasabi salt. The spirit is Calirosa Rosa Blanco, an award-winning tequila, owned by celebrities Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo, that is aged in red wine barrels giving the tequila a pink tint. This unique margarita was created by industry veteran Alexander Fletcher, the creative mind behind some of the most coveted cocktail menus across Dallas.
