Goffs has the Old Schoolhouse Museum and a lot of other historical things from around the desert. Check https://mdhca.org before you go - the place is run by volunteers and is not always open to the public. They have some great events there too, especially their rendezvous in October, with a working 10-stamp ore mill, and an outdoor barbecue. Wonderful people, great history, beautiful area.
