Las Positas Winery is a family-owned winery located in the Livermore Valley wine region of California. The winery was founded in 2006 by Lisa and Robert Van Steyn. It is named after the nearby Las Positas Vineyard, which is known for its ideal growing conditions for Bordeaux and Rhône varietals. Las Positas Winery is known for producing a variety of wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Syrah. The winery is particularly renowned for its full-bodied and complex red wines. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings and events hosted by the winery while taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards and hills.
