A vibrant Francophone city known for its rich history, diverse culture, and renowned culinary scene, framed by iconic Mount Royal.

Tips from the community

Creativity flows through the streets of Montreal as abundant as fresh poutine or maple syrup. Montreal is known for its affordable cost compared to other North American cities and, in effect, has attracted some of the continent's (and world's) most creative individuals. With cutting-edge technology, art, design, and fashion all brimming throughout the picturesque old-European town, Montreal is a must-see for artists seeking to ease their hearts with endless creative energy.

All the relaxation and architectural beauty of Europe tucked away in a Canadian metropolis- Montreal's artistic flair and French-influenced culture are a guaranteed delightful weekend away. Enjoy French cuisine, or famed gooey poutine, tour world-class galleries, and spend your sunny summer days exploring this gorgeous city. Canada does have a reputation for being cold, but heading to southern Quebec in the early summer is temperate and ideal.
