Tips from the community
Located in York Maine, Nubble Lighthouse is on a small island just off the coast. This is a popular spot for divers so you may see some flags and heads bobbing in the ocean! Visit this lighthouse around Christmas to see it all lit up like the Rockefeller tree! Nubble Lighthouse is also part of the "Golden Record" that was sent to space on the 1977 Voyager Spacecraft to show photo evidence of life and ecosystems on Earth.
