The Penthouse rooftop above the Park-Hyatt in Phloen-Chit is a serene option. As is the CRU champagne bar by G.H. Mumm, conveniently located atop the Centara Grand in Central World. There is also the film-famous Lebua Sky Bar rising 820 feet above Bangkok if you are looking to live out “The Hangover 2” yourself. Although, they seem to have taken advantage of this notoriety and the prices have shifted accordingly.
