When: 2021 TBD Where: Chang International Circuit, Buriram City, Thailand Last year, one twenty-something woman set fire to Thailand’s severe anti-drug culture by hosting the country’s first marijuana festival. Dubbed Pan Ram (Pan Buriram), this three-day 420 friendly festival aims to promote awareness and understanding for a plant that has been systemically stigmatized by the government. With 24-hours of art installations, vendor stalls, panel discussions, workshops and live tunes, the festival’s founder, Nan Chidchob, aims to show the country what weed culture was really like: peace, love, and good music. We think she’s nailing it.
