If you’re in the area, swing by Tra Que Garden to learn the art (and enjoy the flavor). I tried my hand at spring rolling at Tribee Kinh Hostel at their once weekly spring roll cooking class. After eating my weight in delicious deep-fried nuggets of joy, I can attest: even a haphazardly crafted rookie roll can be delicious.
