If you have the opportunity to do a wine tasting at the winery in the vicinity of Vesuvius, do it. Their wine tastings include five wines and a very filling three course lunch of a charcuterie appetizer, spaghetti and meatballs, and dessert for only 35 euros a person. Highly recommend bringing home a bottle of the wine vinegar you get to sample during lunch.
