Luckily, the chic seaside resort of Sopot is now an integral part of the so-called Tri-City, a bonded urban conglomeration that also includes Gdansk and Gdynia. Quick trains link them all, so you can be strutting down the main drag of Sopot before you can finish a plate of pierogi. As you walk, keep your eyes peeled for the mind-boggling Crooked House and the uber-long sea pier, the longest timber pier in Europe. Oodles of bars and clubs will vie for attention there, so consider staying for the evening and grabbing a cold piwo, or 10.
