The Montréal Grand Prix is the biggest sporting event in all of Canada; it attracts 100,000+ people per each day of competition, class, charm, and world-class parties. Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve (the racetrack), is located on Île Notre-Dame at Parc Jean-Drapeau, right in the heart of the Saint Lawrence River. Because of its tight 14 turns, Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve is conducive to a lot of driving errors and overtaking, making the Grand Prix du Canada a thrilling and spectacular race.
