While we know about the ancient Egyptians shrouding past pharaohs with luxuries in these elaborate tombs (and about mummies-yikes!), so much remains unknown about the origins of these pyramids. Scientists are puzzled at just how, without modern technologies, such intricate structures of this size could have been constructed.
