A whopping 120,000 hectares of land is reserved for this jewel. It covers a hinterland of scented citrus trees and pines. And then it drops to the coast. That’s where you catch the wonders of the region. Beaches like Mattinatella and Vanda Biffani shimmer alabaster white. Lagoons of turquoise drift inland, opening onto coves and crevices that are perfect for snorkelling.
