The famous painted ceiling by Michelangelo that includes ‘The Last Judgement’ is one of the most breathtaking sites you will ever see in your lifetime! I say that strong statement without hesitation as I experienced a surreal feeling as I walked through and looked up.

  • Uffizi Gallery

While in Florence, Italy, you must visit The Uffizi! The galleries contain the world’s finest collection of Italian masterpieces. These breathtaking exhibits will make you walk away inspired with a desire to create your own works of art!

  • The Parthenon in Tennessee, United States

Explore the sculptures throughout the park and then make your way into the Parthenon which houses lots of culture and a 42 foot tall statue of Athena!

Oh Nashville, your little art museum never disappoints! You will see an exhibit as you walk through the entrance, another one in the main gallery, and a third in the small gallery upstairs. Don’t forget to stop by Art Quest to create some art. Kids are free!

  • Cheekwood in Tennessee, United States

Walk through the trails and look at the nature and installation art! Most recently, a beautiful Chihuly exhibit traveled through, but there’s always something amazing on display. Make sure to walk through the Cheekwood Mansion for more exhibits and historical charm.

In Atlanta? Stop in at the High Museum to fill that craving for the arts!

One of my all-time favs! Plan to spend the whole day here as there’s so much to see and explore. Bring a sketchbook and have a seat in the galleries.
